We stand behind every unit we sell. This warranty summarises the cover that applies to containers and buildings purchased from Easy Shipping Containers LLC.
New / One-Trip Containers
New (one-trip) shipping containers are warranted to be structurally sound and wind- and water-tight on delivery. If a new unit arrives not wind- and water-tight due to a manufacturing or structural defect, we will repair, replace, or refund.
Used Containers
Used (cargo-worthy / WWT) containers are sold in the condition described at the time of sale. They are warranted to be wind- and water-tight on delivery; normal cosmetic wear (surface rust, dents, paint) is expected and not a defect.
Container Buildings, Cabins & Modifications
Cabins, flat-pack units, modular buildings and custom modifications are warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your order confirmation. Normal wear, weathering, and damage from misuse, alteration, or improper siting are not covered.
Making a Claim
Inspect your unit on delivery and note any issue on the delivery receipt. Email sales@easyshippingcontainersllc.com with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or within the warranty period for defects. We will assess and resolve promptly.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage from relocation after delivery, modification by others, overloading, acts of nature, or normal cosmetic aging. It is non-transferable and limited to the purchase price of the unit.
