New units
New containers, container buildings, and trailers carry any applicable manufacturer warranty, which we pass through to you. New and one-trip containers are inspected and supplied wind- and water-tight at delivery.
Used & “as-is” units
Used units are inspected and sold in their described condition. Unless a specific guarantee is stated on the product page, used units are sold “as-is”. We disclose known condition details before purchase so you can buy with confidence.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects on new units, under the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
Units that arrive not as described or not wind- and water-tight when sold as such.
What is not covered
Normal wear, surface rust on used units, and cosmetic marks consistent with the stated condition.
Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized modification, or improper siting after delivery.
Damage caused by the delivery site, weather events, or acts beyond our control after title transfers.
How to make a claim
