Damaged in transit: Note any damage on the delivery receipt and email us photos within 48 hours — we’ll repair, replace or refund.
Wrong unit: If you received a unit different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Change of mind: Unmodified, undelivered orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Once a unit has been delivered or custom-modified, return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
