When We Accept a Return
Every unit is inspected before it ships and delivered by freight. Because of that, we accept returns only when a unit arrives damaged in transit, defective, or not as described. In any of those cases you are fully protected, at no cost to you (see below).
We Do Not Accept Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the size and freight cost of containers and trailers, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong size or specification once a unit has been dispatched. Please confirm your size, specification, and delivery site with us before you order — we’re glad to help you choose the right unit. You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched (see Cancellations).
Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described — You’re Covered
If your unit arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If a unit is defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with details and photos. In any of these cases we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund at no cost to you — there is no restocking fee, and we arrange and pay for all return freight.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom-built, modified, or special-order units made or configured to your specifications.
Used or “as-is” units and clearance items, unless they arrive not as described.
Exchanges
We do not operate a formal exchange program. If you need a different unit, contact us and we’ll help on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Timeline
When a return is approved, the amount goes back to whatever payment method you used at checkout. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned unit — the exact posting date is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us. We’ll email you the moment the refund is sent so you know it’s on the way.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge any time before your unit is dispatched, for a full refund. Once a unit is dispatched, it can only be returned if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (above). Custom or modified orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
