2. Payment
Orders are reserved once placed and confirmed when payment clears. We accept card (by secure link) and bank wire / ACH. Units ship after funds are received.
3. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access for delivery. Re-delivery due to inaccessible sites may incur additional charges.
4. Condition
New / one-trip units are sold as wind- and water-tight. Used units are sold in the condition described; minor cosmetic wear (dents, surface rust, paint) is normal.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the unit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Easy Shipping Containers LLC operates.
