How much is delivery?

Shipping is free and already included in your total — no separate freight charge, no hidden fees. Costs depend on the unit and your location.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock units are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of cleared payment. Modified or special-order units take longer; we give you an estimate at order time.

How do I pay?

We accept bank / wire transfer and credit / debit card. After ordering, we email your bank details or a secure card payment link, and we reserve your unit while payment is confirmed.

What do I need to prepare for delivery?

A clear, level, firm, and truck-accessible spot, plus any permits your area requires. We’ll walk you through site requirements before delivery day.

Are your containers wind- and water-tight?

Yes — new and one-trip containers are supplied wind- and water-tight. Used units are inspected and sold in their described condition.

Can I return a unit?

We accept returns only if a unit arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — in that case you receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, and we cover all return freight. Because of freight costs we do not accept change-of-mind returns, so please confirm size and specification with us before ordering. You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch.
